You can access your account on trashbilling.com or right here on our website. You can find your customer ID# on your most recent bill starting November 10, 2021 (either through email or a mailed postcard). If you cannot find your customer ID, contact us at admin@garbageguysia.com

 

TrashBilling Information

What is TrashBilling.com? Trash Billing provides trash haulers with an easy option for processing electronic payments. Trash Billing is an independent contractor. Please continue to reach out to Garbage Guys directly with any billing or service questions. 

How the charge will appear on your financial statement?
TrashBilling.com 802-5603595 VT Because Trash Billing is processing the payment for Garbage Guys, their name, "TrashBilling.com" appears on your credit/debit card or bank statement instead of our name.

Who will the emails be coming from and what will they look like? All emails come directly from Garbage Guys’ location. All information in the email is entered directly from our location. The email address that will appear is netcomm@TrashBilling.com. This is because we are utilizing their software to send our emails out. 

When can TrashBilling.com be utilized? Credit card processing, ACH processing, all auto-pays and sometimes electronic bill pay payments.

Customer ID number - Garbage Guys will provide you with a 12-digit customer ID number. This is the going to be your account number going forward and the number you will use to sign into your account on TrashBilling.com. When we create your account on our computer it will create the corresponding account for you to log into on TrashBilling.com.

Paying at www.trashbilling.com When logging in at TrashBilling.com. There will be 3 boxes. You will have the option to pay your bill when you log in through the “View your account” box. For this reason, we recommend that you use this option for making payments.

Using your 12-Digit customer ID number, fill in the green box. You will be prompted, to either enter or create a new password. After doing this you will see all your information, based on what Garbage Guys has entered in. (Name, Address, email address, etc.) If you do NOT see this information, double check that you entered in the correct 12-digit customer ID number. 

Payment Types Accepted You can make your payment by having the money taken directly from your checking or savings account, or you can charge it to your debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Cards and American Express. Garbage Guys will not see any of this information and will only be notified that you have made a payment. 

*Autopay signups will provide Garbage Guys with the last four digits of your card or account number along with a request for autopay.

* Trash Billing does not have control of, or liability for, the products or services that are paid for with our service. They do not guarantee the identity of any user or ensure that a hauler will complete a transaction once the payment has been authorized
